- Purchase and registration of JAMB forms which can be processed only at JAMB accredited centres and JAMB offices.

- Acceptance fees
- Visit https://my.unizik.edu.ngclick on the admission status icon then click undergraduate regular to generate your acceptance fee RRR (Remita Retrieval Number).
- Use the RRR generated to make payment for Admission Acceptance fee in any bank of choice
Online Clearance and facial capture
- Visit Https://my.unizik.edu.ngclick on e-clearance then undergraduate regular and insert your JAMB registration number.
- Provide a valid phone number and e-mail address for verification.
Note this phone number and e-mail have to be unique to you. If you do not have a phone number, you can use your parents’/guardians’/siblings’ phone number. However, two students cannot use one phone number for verification.
- Fill your online clearance form.

- Take facial biometric capture. Instruction will be on the page. You can use your phone or laptop that has camera for this.
- Submit your online clearance form.
- Proceed to the digital library for UTME biometric verification.
Physical clearance
- Print your E-clearance form
- Proceed to the Admissions office located at the block B of the Administrative building for your physical clearance.
- Below are the documents you need to go with:

- Birth certificate/Baptismal certificate
- O’level result(s) or its equivalents
- UNIZIK Admissions status slip
- Original JAMB result slip
- Original JAMB Admission letter
- Local Government Identification letter
- Six (6) passport photograph.
Login into your portal account
- Visit my.unizik.edu.ng
- Use your JAMB registration number as your username and password
- You will be prompted to change your password on the first login.
- Remember to keep your password safe
Postgraduate Programme
Entry Visa Requirements and Procedure
- ACADEMIC EXCHANGE PROGRAMME (AEP) VISA-F7H.
This visa is a single entry visa to Nigeria for the purpose of Academic exchange programme.
ELIGIBILITY: Those eligible to obtain this visa are students, scholars and lecturers.
Requirements:
- Invitation letter from institution in Nigeria
- Passport valid for at least (6) months with at least (2) blank Visa for endorsement.
- Return Ticket
- Evidence of Sufficient Fund
- Evidence of Hotel Reservation/host address in Nigeria.
Visa Validity: The validity of the passport is not more than 90 days from the date of issuance (e-Visa 14 days).
Permit Type and Duration of Stay: The visitors permit does not exceed 90 days single entry.
Permitted Activities: Permitted to perform academic exchange programme only.
Restricted Activities: Not permitted for employment or schooling.
Permitted Visa Channels: Through the Nigerian Embassy or Nigeria Immigration Service Website for e-visa.
STUDENTS VISA-R7A
This Visa is issued for the purpose of schooling in Nigeria.
ELIGIBILITY: International Student.
Requirements:
- Admission letter from an accredited institution.
- Passport must be valid for expected duration of study with at least 2 blank Visa for endorsement.
- Formal application for R7A Visa by the institution accepting Immigration responsibility.
- Proof of payment of required minimum fee.
Visa Validity: Not more than (90) days from the date of issuance.
Permit Type and Duration of Stay: Residence permit (2) years (renewable).
Permitted Activities: To School in Nigeria.
Restricted Activities: Not Permitted for Employment.
Permitted Visa Channel: Embassy
SPOUSE OF STUDENT VISA: R7B
This class of Visa is issued to spouse of international students in Nigeria.
ELIGIBILITY: Spouse accompanying student.
Requirements:
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages for endorsement.
- Formal application for R7B Visa by the institution accepting Immigration Responsibility.
- Copy of Spouse Residence permit.
- Evidence of Marriage.
- Evidence of Funds to sustain Family.
Visa Validity: Valid for not more than 90 days from date of issuance.
Permit type and Duration of Stay: Subject to the validity of the principal.
Permitted Activities: Reside in Nigeria as accompanying spouse to student.
Restricted Activities: Not Permitted for Employment.
Permitted Visa Channel: Embassy
ACADEMIC EXCHANGE PROGRAMME (AEP) VISA R8A
This Visa is issued for the purpose of Resident Academic Exchange Programme in Nigeria.
ELIGIBILITY: Students, Scholars, Lecturers/Researchers, Sabbatical, Law Enforcement & Security officers.
Requirements:
- MoU with relevant MDA and institutions
- Passport valid for expected duration of academic exchange with at least 2 blank Visa pages for endorsement.
- Formal application for R7A Visa by the institution accepting Immigration Responsibility.
Visa Validity: Valid for not more than (90) days from date of issuance.
Permit type and Duration of Stay: Two years (Renewable).
Permitted Activities: To reside and participate in AEP in Nigeria.
Restricted Activities: Not Permitted for Employment.
Permitted Visa Channel: Embassy.
SPOUSE OF AEP VISA: R8B
This is issued to spouse of AEP participant to reside in Nigeria.
ELIGIBILITY: Spouse Accompanying AEP participants.
Requirements:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months 2 blank pages.
- Formal application for R8B Visa by the institution accepting IR.
- Evidence of Marriage.
- Evidence of Spouse Resident Permit.
- Evidence of Fund to Sustain the Family.
Visa Validity: Not more than (90) days from date of issuance.
Permit type and Duration of Stay: Resident Permit subject to validate of principal.
Restricted Activities: Not Permitted for Employment.

INTERN VISA: R9A
This is issued to persons who wish to undergo resident internship programme in Nigeria
ELIGIBILITY: Interns
Requirements:
- Letter of Acceptance of internship by institution in Nigeria.
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages.
Visa Validity: Valid for not more than (90) days from date of issuance.
Permit type and Duration of Stay: Resident permit 1-year multiple entry.
Permitted Activities: To undergo internship programme in Nigeria.
Restricted Activities: Not Permitted for Employment.
